Qualifications | Experience | Tasks:

*Relevant experience (min. 2 years)
*Trade Qualifications in Commercial Cookery
*Ability to multi-task and have great time management skills
*Ability to maintain high standards under pressure
*Following hygiene and safety procedures
*Positive attitude and willingness to learn and work efficiently
*Developing and maintaining service standards in a premium restaurant workplace to ensure a world-class hospitality experience
*Preparing up-to-date Australian dishes using fresh, seasonal and locally sourced produce
