As a Residential Care Attendant in our Stepdown Unit, you'll play a meaningful role supporting residents during a critical transition as they move from acute care back toward independent living or long-term placement.
Key responsibilities /n
/n
Joining the Ceduna Casual Pool, you'll provide hands‑on personal care and daily living support to residents in a small, close-knit setting.
/n
Delivering person‑centred care to residents in the Stepdown Unit, assisting with activities of daily living including hygiene, mobility, and nutrition.
/n
Supporting residents' physical and emotional wellbeing in line with individual care plans.
/n
Collaborating with nursing and allied health staff to ensure protected, consistent handover and continuity of care.

Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or a related discipline (or equivalent demonstrated experience).

Experience providing personal care in a residential, hospital, or community setting.
