Job Description

Blue Care is seeking a Registered Nurse for community care in Morayfield and surrounding areas. You will provide person-centred care, assess and plan for clients, and update care plans to reflect evolving needs while ensuring safety and clinical quality.

You will spend the day on the road delivering scheduled visits, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to a trusted not-for-profit care provider. AHPRA registration is essential.
