The ideal applicant will be enthusiastic, caring, tolerant and a dedicated carer. Have exceptional verbal, written communication and listening skills with a deep understanding of person-centred care. They will have a willingness to learn, be punctual, reliable and have solid problem-solving abilities.
In addition, they should be able to work both independently and within a team.
