You will drive revenue, EBITDA and customer experience across VIC/ACT clinics while managing a dispersed leadership team.
The role prioritises a hearts-and-minds culture, with collaboration across Brand, People & Culture and Finance to deliver on promises to clients and pets. Travel interstate is required.
