Junior Laboratory Assistant - Full time or Part-Time Job Share /n

Join our Quality team as a Junior Laboratory Assistant, working closely with our production team. You'll carry out routine analytical testing on raw materials and in-process samples, helping us maintain consistent product quality and meet compliance standards.

This is a excellent opportunity for a science student or recent graduate to gain real-world laboratory experience.

Offered either on a Full Time basis, or Part Time job share (Key responsibilities /n

/n
Perform laboratory tests on raw materials and process samples, following established SOPs

/n
Accurately record, calculate and report test results and measurements

/n
Maintain a clean, organised and secure laboratory workspace

/n
Follow workplace health and safety procedures when handling equipment, chemicals and samples

/n
Communicate any unusual test results or quality concerns to the Quality Manager

/n




Assist with general administrative tasks in the Quality department, such as filing test records and updating logs

/n

About you /n

/n
Currently studying, or recently graduated from, a science-related degree

/n
Background in chemistry or microbiology

/n
Ability to follow set procedures accurately

/n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

/n
Solid verbal and written communication skills

/n
A reliable team player who's also comfortable working autonomously

/n
