Incentive: Up to $21,000 relocation incentive for eligible candidates.

Hours: 34 total hours per week, structured as:

22 hours of direct contact time (group of up to 33 children aged 3–5 years).
/n
11 hours of dedicated program planning time.
/n
1 hour of designated Nominated Supervisor duties.
/n
Schedule: Versatile 4-day or 5-day work week depending on your preference.
/n
Pay & Conditions: Paid under the VECTEA award.
/n
Start Date: Term 4, 2026.
Requirements & Eligibility /n
Qualifications: Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
/n
Registration: Valid VIT Registration (Early Childhood).
/n
Work Rights: Full Australian working rights required.
/n
Compliance & Safety: Full early childhood compliance, including completed Gekko Mandatory Reporting training.
/n
Experience: Proven experience leading a room and managing early childhood operations with confidence.
/n
Deep knowledge of the EYLF and NQS framework to guide quality educational programming.
/n
Robust communication skills to engage with families, staff, and the local Swan Hill community.
