AWX are looking for an Internal Sales Support/Admin team member to join our clients business in Padstow.
This is a front-of-business role, where you will be the first point of contact for customers. You'll assist customers with choosing their orders, provide great customer service and help ensure the front office runs smoothly.
The main purpose of the Internal Sales position is to support the Branch Manager in all aspects of customer service, inventory management, customer engagement, sales & marketing campaigns, pricing strategies & supplier relationships. In addition, work closely with the warehouse team to ensure effective supply of product to customers.
About the role
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Welcoming and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Helping customers select and organise their orders
• Answering customer enquiries and providing product information
• Processing orders and completing general administration duties
• Data entry, filing and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting the wider team with day-to-day office tasks
• Keeping the front office organised and running efficiently
We're looking for someone who:
• Has strong Sales Skills and enjoys dealing with people
• Has positive administration and computer skills
• Is organised, reliable and professional
• Has excellent communication skills
• Can work independently as well as part of a team
• Is confident assisting customers and handling enquiries
• Has a positive, can-do attitude
Essential requirements
Reliable vehicle and current drivers licence essential.
The site is not accessible by public transport, so reliable access to your own vehicle is required
What we offer
• Monday to Friday - no weekend work
• 8:00am - 4:00pm
• $36.81 per hour
