The fantastic prospect
Permanent part time role working three shifts a week, with the opportunity to pick up more
Contract position until 29th January 2027 with potential for extension
Morning, afternoon and night shifts available, predominantly on weekdays
Deliver high-quality clinical care to the residents of our 46-bed Caroline Chisholm aged care home in Lane Cove
Provide supervision and direction to Personal Care Workers
Formulate, review and update care plans
Analyse assessment results to determine care needs
Complete comprehensive documentation and progress notes that reflect residents’ care
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care

What you’ll need to succeed
Degree as a Registered Nurse with general AHPRA registration
Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in residential aged care in Australia
Motivated, personable, reliable, transparent and with a sense of ownership
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
Working rights in Australia (sponsorship will not be offered)
