The Captain's Daughter is seeking an experienced Chef/Cook to join our team at our relaxed beach side restaurant/bar in Peregian Beach, Queensland. This is a casual position, offering flexible hours and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
What you'll be doing /n

Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to our high standards
/n
Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and consistent meal preparation
/n
Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen setting
/n
Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
/n
Assisting with menu development and recipe testing as required
/n
What we're looking for /n
/n
Proven experience as a Chef/Cook in a hospitality or catering workplace
/n
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and food safety
/n
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
/n
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes
/n
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work a variety of shifts
/n
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
