Job Description

The role will primarily focus on content development and coordination:
Refine and finalise interpretive signage content.
Coordinate internal review and approval of signage text.
Identify, source and manage imagery for signage, including assessing image suitability and securing high-resolution files that meet production requirements.
Liaise with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure environmental, cultural and historical information is accurate and complete.
Provide content,



imagery and feedback required by Marketing to progress design and artwork development.
Assist with development of the Invitation for Quote (IFQ) for signage manufacture and installation.

The Successful Applicant
Previous experience in a marketing or project support role.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment and with different stakeholders.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting deadlines.
