The Opportunity /n

Our client is a well-established Australian export meat processor with a growing operation in the Bass Coast / South Gippsland region. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you'll lead the warehouse and dispatch team on shift, making sure product is loaded safely, accurately and on time.

This role suits a hands-on leader who likes structure, a busy pace and developing their people.

What you will be doing /n

/n
Plan and coordinate daily manning to meet load schedules

/n
Lead, coach and develop the warehouse team

/n
Drive DIFOT, stock control and waste reduction

/n
Keep throughput and load schedules on track and escape delays

/n
Organise leave cover and cross-training

/n
Deliver accurate shift reports and handovers

/n
Support performance and conduct conversations with Warehouse Management

/n
Uphold WHS, food safety and Department of Agriculture requirements

/n
Work closely with Production,



Maintenance and Engineering

/n

What you will bring /n

/n
Supervisor or team leader experience in warehousing, dispatch or production

/n
Food, meat, dairy or cold chain background highly regarded

/n
Solid working knowledge of WHS requirements

/n
Confident using Microsoft Office and producing shift reporting

/n
Transparent communicator who enjoys coaching others

/n
Results driven with a continuous improvement mindset

/n
