$32.12 per hour + 12% Super + Penalties
Flexible roster requiring availability for both early morning and late evening shifts

The Position
Lead front‑of‑house operations to ensure seamless and qualified lounge service
Uphold premium lounge presentation standards and maintain clean, organised and welcoming environments
Coordinate and support basic food preparation to meet service timelines
Oversee buffet and beverage station management including proactive replenishment and quality checks
Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve service issues promptly
Guide,



mentor and support team members to uphold Compass Group standards

The Person
Strong leadership capability with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team
Personal transport preferred
Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to high standards
Well‑presented, punctual, reliable and trustworthy
Ability to perform under pressure and maintain efficiency during peak travel periods
Solid safety and compliance mindset with an understanding of secure airport operations
Willing to undergo a police check for an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
