Thornbury High School in Melbourne's northern suburbs seeks a Student Counsellor to provide counselling, wellbeing support and case management to students with social, emotional, behavioural and mental health concerns.
The role involves initial assessment, short-term counselling, safety planning and referrals to external services, reporting to the Wellbeing Coordinator and collaborating with families and school staff to promote student engagement and wellbeing.
