The Field Application Engineer – Windows Copilot+ PC Ecosystem, will have a pre-sales focus and will drive technical adoption of the Windows on Snapdragon Compute platform across the Commercial space.In this position you will be responsible for helping enterprise customers with Windows on Snapdragon (WoS) compute product commercialization and support enterprise needs for a timely, faster, and smooth product evaluation.
You will have the opportunity to show your robust customer support skills by resolving enterprise issues on the WoS platform and the Windows application ecosystem.JobResponsibilities:Assistingwith the Execution of Qualcomm's Worldwide Compute Go-To-Market strategySupport enterprise customers trouble shooting and helping with detailed issuetriage/analysis/resolutiononBIOS/Driver.Supportdebugging enterprise application issues and collaborate with platform and technology teams.
This includes reproducing the issues and helping with detailed issuetriage/analysis/resolution.Analyzeand root cause the application issue on customer software/hardware systems.Support Snapdragon eco system issue analysis and engagement .
Skills, Knowledge, &Expertise;:Applicationdevelopment, debugging, testing with C/C++ & familiarity with embedded systemsoftware.Experiencewith IT working and debugging issues in Window 11 environment and tools preferred.Driver debugging techniques, problem solving,



and documentation skills.Debugging with tools such as WinDbg, MSFT Trace tool.Familiarity with Windows OS such as Windows drivers development or Windows debugging, or familiarity with Windows command lines tools such as PowerShell.Strong knowledge of C/C++ programming.
Experience on window application developer a plus.
Minimum Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related workexperience.ORMaster's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.ORPhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.
• 2+ years of experience with window ***** troubleshooting with i ndependent problem solving , etc .
MinimumQualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field5 to 8 years of working experience including application engineering, Field application engineering on window ***** OS .
Able to duplicate issue and analysis on customer side to identify solution by remotely support from internal team.PreferredQualifications:Technicalsales management expertise, the ability to manage change and the desire to operate effectively across organizations andcustomersExperiencebuilding complex solutions and driving new device adoption in Commercial accountsExperience in support of launching newtechnologies/productsAbilityto communicate, educate and evangelize both internally &externallyExcellentcommunication; and people skillsCreative problem solving with strong analytical skillsMinimum Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Software Applications Engineering,
