Birdee is a growing wholesale supplier of premium women's golf wear to golf course pro shops and specialist golf retailers across Australia.
/n
We are seeking experienced B2B Independent Field Sales Agents who would like a part time contract to manage and grow a defined portfolio of golf retail customers in areas out of the main centres.
/n
THE ROLE
/n
The territory-based role involves
/n
Managing and developing20–40 golf pro shop and retail accounts
/n
Conductingminimum 6 in-person sales calls per customer per year
/n
Presenting seasonal ranges (summer and winter peaks)
/n
Generating wholesale orders ($1,000–$8,000 per customer annually typical)
/n
Providing sales forecasting and territory feedback
/n
Workload is seasonal with peak periods aligned to golf retail buying cycles.
/n
ENGAGEMENT OPTIONS
/n
ABN required
/n
Straight commission model. Independent but with feedback and reporting.
/n
Industry-aligned commission range10% – 17% of wholesale sales(based on customer, experience and territory scale)
/n
3 days week required, dependent on time of year and customers in area.
/n

EARNINGS POTENTIAL

Example earnings potential (illustrative only):

30 customers x $6,000 average annual spend = $180,000 wholesale turnover
/n At 12,5% avg commission = $27,000 commission annually (3 days per week role)
/n High-performing territories may exceed this.
