Sefton Playhouse is looking for a confident, organised and people-focused casual Floor Coordinator to join our team. This is a rapid-paced role where you’ll be responsible for keeping the floor running smoothly and coordinating between dancers, the stage, bar, customers and security.
What you’ll be doing: /n
/n
Running and managing the stage schedule throughout the night
/n
Keeping the night on time and communicating any changes
/n
Managing music and making announcements on microphone for promotions and stage changes
/n
Supporting and managing dancer-related issues
/n
Coordinating stage shows and props
/n
Monitoring the floor, CCTV and stages throughout the shift
/n
Looking after VIP customers, bookings and functions
/n
Being a point of contact for customers and promoting private shows
/n
Working closely with the MC and security
/n
Completing a shift report at the end of the night
/n
What we’re looking for: /n
/n
Confident communication and people skills
/n
Someone organised who can multitask and stay calm under pressure
/n
A natural ability to take charge and make decisions
/n
Reliable and comfortable working late-night shifts
/n
Experience in hospitality, nightlife, events or a similar fast-paced environment is preferred, but not essential
/n

Pay rates: /n
Monday-Friday: $39.13/hr
/n
Saturday: $46.95/hr
/n
Sunday: $54.78/hr
