Lasseters Hotel Casino is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and Food & Beverage team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth operational logistics, and leading a high-performing team.
The Restaurant Manager will enhance the guest experience, support staff development, and work closely with our Hotel and Casino departements.

Experience & Qualifications

Completion of a hospitality, F&B;,
or restaurant management qualification

Relevant qualification equivalent to an AQF Diploma (preferred)

5 years of relevant hospitality or F&B; management experience
/n
/n
Strong knowledge of F&B; operations and service delivery
/n
/n
Proven experience managing teams in a rapid-paced setting
/n
/n
High level of computer literacy (POS, rostering systems, MS Office, etc.)
/n
/n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
/n
/n
Demonstrated customer service excellence
/n
/n
