Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour is seeking a Bartender for Champagne Bar. You will craft cocktails and beverages with French flair, deliver personalised service, and engage guests in a luxurious, welcoming setting.

Ideal candidates have bartending experience in premium venues, a passion for beverages, robust product knowledge, and RSA certification with full Australian working rights. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays is required.
