Gledswood Homestead & Winery is seeking a dedicated Cook to join our team in Gledswood Hills, NSW. This part time position requires a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our menu.
Ensure the kitchen is clean and organised at all times.
Assist in menu planning and food presentation.
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Solid knowledge of food preparation techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Weekend availability required
