We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Recreation Attendants to join the Pool & Gym team at Crown Metropol.

In this hands-on role, you’ll help provide a safe, welcoming and memorable experience for our guests while maintaining the high presentation and service standards of our leisure facilities.

In this role, you will:
Welcome guests and deliver friendly, personalised service
Supervise the pool area and maintain a secure workplace
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of Pool & Gym facilities
Assist with guest enquiries and reception duties
Serve food and beverages within the pool area
Complete pool testing and safety procedures




Monitor towels, linen and other stock levels

About you:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience in hospitality, leisure, aquatic or hotel environments is advantageous
Confident working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
Professional, proactive and team-oriented
Robust attention to detail

Essential Requirements:
Current RSA
LSV Pool Lifeguard accreditation
First Responder – Aquatic Rescue qualification
First Aid Level 2 is preferred
