Southern Cross Care NSW & ACT – Leeton NSW is seeking a Leisure and Lifestyle Officer to assess, plan, implement and evaluate personalised leisure and recreational programs for residents.
The role involves one-to-one, group and event activities aligned with residents' needs and preferences.
You will work with the Lifestyle Coordinator to design and facilitate programs, monitor outcomes and support residents in maintaining independence and community involvement.
