Job Description
Journey Early Learning Echuca West is seeking an Educational Leader to provide pedagogical leadership across the centre, strengthening curriculum and supporting educators to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
You will mentor staff, guide reflective practice, ensure EYLF and NQS alignment, and contribute to the Quality Improvement Plan while driving continuous improvement within a team-oriented team.
