We are seeking an experienced Rostering Officer to join our Client's growing team in Ipswich and play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive consistent, high-quality support services.About the Role As a Rostering Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating employee rosters, managing workforce availability, supporting onboarding activities, and ensuring staffing requirements are met across our services.
You will work closely with clients, employees, recruitment, clinical, and operational teams to maintain smooth day-to-day service delivery.KeyResponsibilitiesDevelopand maintain employee rosters to ensure adequate staffing coverage.Monitor workforce availability and identify staffing gaps.Coordinate roster changes, shift allocations, and staffreplacements.Supportonboarding activities for new employees.Liaise with recruitment and clinical teams regarding training and workforcerequirements.Assistwith payroll checks and verification of timesheets and attendance records.Coordinate transport of information between employees, clients,
