Transport Accident Commission (TAC) in Geelong is seeking a part-time Consultant Learning & Capability (0.8 FTE) on a fixed-term basis until 30 June ****.
The role offers a base salary of $109,500 plus super and perks, with flexible hybrid working.
You will translate strategy into action, strengthen organisational capability and lead learning projects—from design to evaluation—within the Inclusion and Diversity portfolio.
Prior experience in L&D; and analytics is essential.
