Social Futures in Tweed Heads, NSW, is seeking a Team Leader - Specialist Homelessness Services - Women's Domestic & Family Violence on a full‐time fixed‐term basis in Tweed Heads, Lismore or Ballina.
You will lead frontline program workers, oversee day‐to‐day operations, ensure safety and service quality, and foster trauma‐informed, person‐centred practice while meeting funding requirements and building partnerships with ACCOs and local stakeholders.
