Mid North Coast Local Health District invites a Registered Nurse to join the Community Mental Health team in Coffs Harbour.
You will deliver evidence-based care to adults with acute and chronic mental health conditions within a contemporary Model of Care.
You will work in a multidisciplinary team, coordinating care across four pathways and ensuring recovery-oriented, person-centred support, with emphasis on safety, trauma-informed practice and least-restrictive care.
