Job Description RoleOverview
We areseeking an experienced HCM AMS Consultant to provide functionalapplicationsupport,maintenance, and continuous improvement services for Oracle HCM Cloudapplications.
The consultant will be responsible for incident resolution,service request management, system configuration, quarterly releasesupport,stakeholderengagement, and ensuring adherence to agreed service levels.
Thespecific HCM modules in scope will be defined separately.
Modules : Core HR, absence,recruitment,learning,Talent and succession, performance and goals, Compensation, AI StudioKeyResponsibilities
Provide L2/L3functional support for Oracle HCM Cloud applications.




Analyze,troubleshoot,and resolve incidents, defects, and service requests withinSLA timelines.
Perform impactassessment, configuration changes, testing, and deployment ofapprovedenhancements.
SupportOracle quarterly release analysis, regression testing, andproductiondeploymentactivities.
Conduct rootcause analysis for recurring issues and recommend permanent solutions.
Collaboratewith business users, HR stakeholders, and technical teams to ensureseamless service delivery.
Prepareoperational reports, service metrics, and governance updates.
Identifyopportunitiesfor automation, process improvements ofserviceoptimization.
Participatein knowledge management activities and maintain support documentation .

RequiredSkills
Robust experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Application Support and Maintenance.
Goodunderstanding of Incident, Problem, Change, and Service RequestManagementprocesses.
Experienceworking in AMS/Managed Services environments with SLA-driven support.
Strongtroubleshooting,analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience intesting, release management, and quarterly patch validation.
Excellentcommunicationand documentation skills.
