Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park in Werribee VIC is seeking a full time Pastry Chef de Partie to lead the pastry section at Joseph's Restaurant, taking ownership of the dessert and pastry offering.
Working with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, you will design menus, craft seasonal desserts, prepare petits fours and breads, and uphold strict food safety while mentoring junior team in a premium heritage setting.
