CatholicCare Social Services Hunter Manning is seeking an experienced Clinical Coordinator to join our Mental Health team in Taree, NSW.
This permanent part time role (three days per week) focuses on coordinated, person-centred clinical care for individuals with severe and complex mental illness.
You will provide trauma-informed, recovery-focused support and work with clients, their GP, psychiatrist and other supports to deliver holistic care.
