Murgon Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse to join its Community Health team for a three-week contract position starting 12 October ****.
Based in Murgon, Queensland, this role offers the chance to deliver essential healthcare services in a rural setting, working up to 80 hours per fortnight.
The successful candidate will bring immunisation expertise and rural and remote experience to support the community's health needs, with travel costs from Brisbane capped at $200 each way.

Preferred Requirements




Demonstrated experience in immunisation delivery and vaccine administration
Proven background working in rural and remote healthcare settings
Strong clinical assessment and patient communication skills in a community health context
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team in a regional workplace
Current registration with AHPRA and a valid driver's licence
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent, with current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Immunisation training or certification (such as NACI or equivalent)
Experience or qualification in rural and remote nursing practice
