We're hiring an experiencedSenior Quality Managerto lead the quality function at anew, state-of-the-art precision manufacturing facility in Horsham, PA.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands quality from both sides:owning the Quality Management System at a high level while staying closely connected to the manufacturing floor.
You'll lead the site's quality organization, ownAS****, develop the quality team, drive corrective actions and continuous improvement, and partner directly with Manufacturing and Engineering to ensure complex, close-tolerance components consistently meet demanding customer requirements.

What You'll Own
Lead the day-to-dayQuality function and quality team
Own and maintain the site'sAS**** Quality Management System
LeadManagement Review, quality objectives, and site-level KPIs
Drive performance aroundCOPQ, scrap, rework, customer escapes/returns, and corrective-action effectiveness
Maintain a strong Quality presence directly on the manufacturing floor
Lead investigations involvingnonconformances, customer complaints, corrective actions, and quality escapes
Driveroot-cause analysis and CAPAthrough effective resolution
Lead and supportinternal, customer, supplier, and regulatory audits
Own and improveFirst Article Inspection (FAI)and production inspection processes




SupportMRBand make sound disposition decisions based on requirements and risk
Establish inspection plans, control plans, sampling methods, and quality documentation
OverseeCMM, dimensional inspection, metrology, and calibration systems
UtilizeSPC and quality datato identify trends and reduce defects
Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing to develop robust, repeatable processes
7+ years of Quality experiencewithin precision manufacturing or machining
Previous experience inQuality leadership or senior Quality management
Strong knowledge ofAS**** and/or ISO ****
Experience in aclose-tolerance CNC machining environment
Strong technical understanding ofCNC machining, GD&T;, CMM inspection, dimensional inspection, and engineering drawings
Demonstrated experience withroot-cause analysis, corrective action, and CAPA
Experience withFAI and production inspection requirements
Experience conducting or supportinginternal and external audits
Ability to use quality data and KPIs to identify problems and drive measurable improvement
Experience leading and developing Quality personnel
