Capital.com Australia is expanding and seeks a Compliance qualified to embed risk-based controls aligned with ASIC, AUSTRAC and AML/CTF expectations in our OTC-derivatives offering.
You will review regulatory requirements, draft policies, monitor onboarding workflows, and prepare board-ready reports, maintaining manuals and procedures in line with evolving regulations.
This role emphasizes proactive risk management and collaboration across teams.
