The role
This is an entry level role with no experienced required.
As an Internal Account Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting our boking team and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to Account Managers and Brokers
Assist with client communications and policy documentation
Maintain accurate records and manage client data
Liaise with insurers and clients to ensure smooth processing of policies
Contribute to a positive and professional team environment

Willingness to learn and grow within the role




Previous experience in administration or customer service is preferred, but open to candidates looking to take the first step in their corporate career.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word and Excel
Excellent communication and organisation skills
