An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Building Supervisor to join a growing insurance repair business and take responsibility for the Sunshine Coast region.

This is an ideal role for someone who has a trade background, experience in residential building and a strong understanding of the insurance repair industry.
About the role n
n
Manage a portfolio of insurance repair projects across the Sunshine Coast
n
Coordinate trades, subcontractors and suppliers
n
Attend sites and oversee works through to completion
n
Review scopes, identify variations and manage project requirements
n
Maintain regular communication with customers, insurers and assessors
n
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and to a high standard
n
Manage customer expectations and resolve issues as they arise
n
Monitor workmanship, safety and compliance
n
Keep projects progressing and ensure accurate job documentation
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with trades and key stakeholders
n
About you n
We are looking for someone who understands both construction and insurance.
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
Previous experience in insurance repairs
n
A solid trade or construction background
n
Experience supervising building works and managing trades
n
A QBCC licence or relevant licensing experience
n
Strong knowledge of residential construction and repair
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple jobs
n
The ability to work autonomously and make decisions on site
n
A current driver's licence
n
