Claims Administrator – Third Party Recovery & Hire Car Operations n
We are seeking an
experienced and detail-driven Claims Administrator
to join our Recovery & Hire Car Operations team at
Car Accident Replacement Solutions
in Clayton, Victoria.
n
This is a
hands-on role
where you will be responsible for managing claims while also supporting the day-to-day
hire car operations
.
n
You will play a key role in ensuring:
n
n
High-quality customer service at all times
n
Smooth coordination between customers, external parties, and internal teams
n
Accurate and efficient handling of claims and vehicle movements
n
What You'll Be Doing n
n
Manage and processing recovery claims, including liaising and negotiating with
our valued clients and their representatives
n
Maintain
accurate records and documentation
for claims and rental transactions
n
Deliver
high-quality customer service
to both internal and external stakeholders
n
Monitor outstanding claims and
proactively follow up on recoveries
n
Assist with general administrative and operational duties as required
n
Coordinate and oversee
hire car operations
, ensuring a seamless customer experience
n
Conduct
vehicle check-in and check-out
, including customer handovers and inspections
n
Identify opportunities to
improve processes and operational efficiency
n
What We're Looking For n
n
Experience
in insurance / administration or a similar role
n
Strong




customer service focus
with the ability to engage professionally and confidently with customers and external parties.
n
Strong attention to detail and a high standard of written communication, and strong
data entry accuracy
n
Experience in
face-to-face customer interaction
n
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
(experience with accounting systems such as Xero is advantageous)
n
Willingness to learn
You're eager to build knowledge of insurance, settlements, recoveries, and claims processes
n
Ability to manage multiple priorities, and meet daily deadlines
n
A reliable, organised team player with a
positive, can-do attitude
n
Multilingual speaking highly regarded
