About Allied Connect
Allied Connect is a multidisciplinary allied health practice providing community-based rehabilitation across a wide range of client groups, including aged care. You'll gain broad clinical experience across neurological, orthopaedic, cardiorespiratory, post‐surgical and deconditioned caseloads, giving you a strong foundation for whatever direction your career takes.
What you'll be doing
Your role will combine community visits and residential aged care,
including:
Visiting clients in their homes to complete functional and home safety assessments, write reports and develop goal‐focused therapy plans
Assessing residents on entry to aged care facilities and developing therapy, wellness and reablement programs
Working alongside facility staff and our multidisciplinary team on falls prevention
Prescribing, monitoring and adjusting assistive equipment, and recommending home modifications
Running one‐on‐one and group therapy sessions to support independence in daily living
Managing your own schedule, with support to learn funding programs such as Support at Home (SaH), CHSP, NDIS, DVA, QCSS and RCP
What we offer
$73,000 – $99,000 per year + super
Fully maintained company vehicle, including private use (full‐time only)
Flexible full‐time, part‐time or casual options

About you
Registered with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist, or eligible to apply
A recent graduate (or final‐year student) with a genuine interest in community and aged care
A current driver's licence
