About the Opportunity:
n An opportunity exists for a
highly experienced Water/Sewer Pipelayer/ Civil Plumber
with a leading civil infrastructure contractor working on major projects across NSW area. This role is suited to a qualified with a minimum of Three years' experience in water & sewer infrastructure installation.
n
The successful applicant will contribute to the delivery of high-quality water and sewer infrastructure in accordance with Council specifications and industry best practices.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
Installation of water, sewer, and stormwater pipelines in line with engineering drawings and Council standards
n
Interpretation of construction plans, specifications, and levels
n
Safe and effective use of pipe-laying tools and equipment, including laser levels and trench support systems
n
Coordination with supervisors and plant operators to ensure efficient workflow
n
Maintenance of site safety and compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures
n
Required Qualifications & Experience:
n
Minimum 3 years' demonstrated experience in water/sewer pipe laying
n
Previously accredited/ training
n
Current White Card (Construction Induction)
n
Confined Space Entry and
Excavation/Trenching
tickets (highly regarded)
n
Thorough knowledge of Council standards and installation procedures
n
Proven ability to work independently and maintain high-quality workmanship
n
Current driver's license and reliable transportation
n
