ABOUT THE ROLE...
Assisting guests with gaming machine operations and responding promptly to customer enquiries
Conducting regular checks and basic maintenance to ensure gaming machines are functioning correctly
Adhering to all gaming regulations, compliance requirements, and internal policies
Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming gaming floor environment
Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive gaming experience for all patrons
Accurately handling cash and performing gaming‐related financial transactions
Collaborating with the broader club team to support seamless venue operations
ABOUT YOU...
Current RSA and RCG qualifications (or willingness to obtain)




Demonstrates an inspirational attitude that contributes to a positive team environmentwith a "Can-do" attitude.
A willingness to set and maintain high standards of performance.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Display safe work habits.
Exceptional time management skills.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast paced environment.
Ability to operate independently and work effectively under pressure.
Must have availability to work across a rotating roster, including late nights until 4am and early mornings.
