Estia Health in Ballarat is seeking a dedicated kitchen assistant to join our aged care team. You will prep food and drinks, help with cleaning, and contribute to menu changes in collaboration with residents and staff.

The role requires positive time management, a genuine desire to make a difference in residents' lives, and completion of the Basic Food Handling Course. You will be on your feet most of the shift and help maintain our Food Safety Program.
