About the Role n
As a Casual Personal Care Worker, you will work as part of our multidisciplinary care team to provide individualised care and support based on each resident's needs, preferences and care plan.
n
This is a hands-on and rewarding role where you will have the opportunity to build genuine relationships with residents and contribute to their comfort, wellbeing and everyday quality of life.
n
Your responsibilities will include assisting residents with activities of daily living such as showering, dressing, toileting,



meals and mobility; supporting residents to maintain their independence wherever possible; observing and reporting changes in residents' physical, emotional or behavioural wellbeing; completing required documentation; and working closely with nursing and care staff to achieve positive resident outcomes.
About You n
We are looking for people who genuinely enjoy working with older people and understand the importance of providing care with dignity, patience and respect.

To be considered, you will have:

n
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or an equivalent qualification
n
A commitment to person-centred care and resident rights
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
n
Good organisation and time-management skills
n
A compassionate, reliable, flexible and professional approach
n
The ability and willingness to work across a 24/7 roster
n
A current National Police Certificate
n
n
Previous experience in residential aged care or another healthcare environment is desirable, along with strong resident engagement and customer service skills.
