The Glenmore in The Rocks has been an Aussie icon since ****, boasting one of the best rooftop bars in the city with stellar views of Sydney Harbour. Just as popular as the sun-drenched rooftop is the delicious pub fare - the classics you know and love, done well. The Glenmore is where you feel cosy and comfortable, yet still, get the excitement of a night out on the town.

Our food menu takes on classic local favourites with a healthy dose of creative seasonal dishes.

To be successful in this role, you will:

Be able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
n
Have a passion for excellent quality food, produce and service
n
Be reliable, punctual, and hard working
n
Have strong communication skills
n
Be able to maintain kitchen procedures and WHS standards
n




Have sound knowledge of food, health & safety procedures
n
Available to work a mix of nights & weekends
n
Have Australian working rights
n
