POP MART is a global pop-culture and designer-toy brand with 550+ stores and 2,300 Robo Shops across 30+ countries. As we continue to expand across Australia and New Zealand, we're looking for passionate and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our growing retail team.

What You'll Do n
n
Deliver Great Customer Experiences - Engage customers confidently and provide friendly, energetic service; Share product knowledge and introduce new collections; Support sales through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
n
Maintain Store Standards - Replenish stock and maintain visual merchandising standards; Support deliveries, stock counts and inventory accuracy; Keep the store clean, organised and customer-ready.
n
Support Daily Store Operations - Process transactions accurately through POS systems; Follow store procedures and loss prevention standards; Support product launches and peak trading periods.

Part-Time Availability Requirements n

This is a permanent part-time position.
n
Availability to work 3-4 days per week is required.
n
Applicants must be available to work at least one weekend day and one late-night trading shift each week.
n
Rosters are planned in advance to support consistency and work-life balance.
n
Flexibility to support business needs, peak trading periods and major product launches is expected.
n
Availability throughout peak trading periods, including November to January, is essential.
n
