About the Role n
Are you a Melbourne-based Building Surveyor or Building Regulations Consultant considering a move to Tasmania?
n

Duties n
n
Assess commercial building applications and construction documentation
n
Provide technical advice on the NCC and relevant building legislation
n
Review designs for compliance and identify practical solutions
n
Work across hospitals, stadiums, industrial facilities and other commercial developments
n
Liaise with architects, engineers, developers and approval authorities
n




Prepare transparent technical reports and compliance
documentationConduct
inspections where required
n
Support projects from early design through to completion
n
About You n
n
Building surveying qualification
n
Registered Building Surveyor or 3+ years experience in commercial building surveying
n
Experience working on medium-to-large commercial projects
n
Strong working knowledge of the NCC and Australian Standards
n
Confident reviewing plans and technical documentation
n
Clear communication and stakeholder-management skills
n
Willing to relocate from Melbourne to Tasmania (relocation assistance provided)
