Position Overview
Are you looking to start your career in the Australian migration industry? As a Case Analyst, you will play a foundational role in supporting our case management team with document handling, data entry, and basic client coordination for General Skilled Migration (GSM) matters. This is an entry-level position designed for individuals who are eager to learn, detail-oriented, and excited about building a long-term career in immigration services. You will work closely with and receive structured training and mentorship from our Case Coordinators, Associate Case Managers, and Case Specialists as you grow into more senior case-handling responsibilities.

Roles and Responsibilities
A. Case Preparation & Administrative Support
Assist with uploading, organising, and filing case documents in Migration Manager under supervision.
Support basic data entry and maintenance of client case files.




Help senior team members check documents against lodgement checklists for completeness.
Assist in preparing simple case notes and file summaries as directed.
B. Client Communication & Support
Send routine document-request emails and reminders to clients under guidance.
Support scheduling of client calls and meetings for senior team members.
Maintain a professional, courteous, and responsive tone in all client interactions.
C. Documentation, Compliance & Learning
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in Migration Manager.
Follow internal checklists, templates, and standard operating procedures provided by seniors.
Undertake structured training on Australian migration legislation, GSM pathways, and internal processes.
Escalate any queries, discrepancies, or unclear matters to the Case Coordinator or Associate Case Manager.
D. Team Collaboration & Workflow Support
Work closely with Case Coordinators, Associate Case Managers, and Case Specialists to support smooth case handovers.
Add new prospect matters to Migration Manager as instructed.
Support general administrative and scheduling tasks for the wider case management team.
Is this You?
Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience; prior immigration experience is not required — full training is provided.
A genuine interest in building a long-term career in the Australian migration industry.

Strong attention to detail and a willingness to follow structured processes and checklists.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Self-disciplined, coachable, and eager to learn from senior team members.
Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); willingness to learn Migration Manager and other CRM tools.
You work well in a busy, collaborative, and social team environment, bringing positive energy and a willingness to contribute.
