We are seeking an experienced Cert III & Diploma Lead Educator to join our vibrant and nurturing team at Little Wonderland Childcare Centre in Carole Park, QLD. As a Cert III & Diploma Lead Educator, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional early childhood education and care to our young learners.
What you'll be doing n
n
Developing and implementing engaging and age-appropriate educational programs that support the holistic development of children
n
Providing a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment that aligns with the principles of the Early Years Learning Framework
n
Observing and documenting children's progress, and using this information to tailor learning experiences
n
Building strong relationships with children, families and the wider community
n
Mentoring and guiding junior educators in best practice
n
Ensuring compliance with all relevant childcare regulations and centre policies
n
What we're looking for n
n
A Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification
n
Extensive experience as a Cert III or Diploma-qualified Educator in a long day care or outside school hours care setting
n
Deep understanding of child development,



pedagogy and the Early Years Learning Framework
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with children, families and the team
n
Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver high-quality educational programs
n
Passion for making a positive difference in the lives of young children
n
Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management certifications
n
Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)
