About the Role
As our Health, Safety and Wellbeing Partner, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a safe, healthy and supportive workplace for our people. Partnering closely with leaders across the organisation, you will provide expert advice on health, safety, wellbeing, injury management and workers' compensation matters, helping to embed a proactive and positive safety culture.
This hands-on role will see you lead initiatives that improve workplace safety performance, coordinate injury management and return to work outcomes, support employee wellbeing programs, and use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Working across a diverse range of operational and corporate environments, you will be instrumental in ensuring our people are safe, supported and able to thrive at work.
About the Successful Candidate
You are a collaborative and solutions-focused health and safety professional with a passion for improving workplace outcomes. You build trusted relationships with leaders and employees alike, providing practical advice that balances compliance requirements with genuine care for people.
The successful candidate will bring:
Demonstrated experience in health, safety and wellbeing, including injury management and return to work coordination.
Strong knowledge of relevant workplace health and safety legislation,
workers' compensation and contemporary wellbeing practices.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels.
A proactive mindset with proven experience driving continuous improvement initiatives and positive cultural change.
Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into meaningful action.
Most importantly, you are passionate about creating safer workplaces and supporting the wellbeing of others, bringing energy, initiative and a genuine commitment to helping our people succeed.
