What you need to know n

$***** per hour base rate (Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 6:00pm)

Additional Information n
n
These positions are temporary part time roles,
supporting tasks such as picking and preparing customer orders for handout or delivery & customer order support. These roles offer 40 hours per fortnight and work on a rotating roster between 6:00am and 9:30pm.
n
Positions available in early morning stock replenishment are a mix of permanent part time and temporary part-time contracts, offering 40 hours per fortnight. You will work on a rotating roster between 2am- 12pm.
n
Availability to work 3 out of every 4 weekends, including both Saturday and Sunday
n
The temporary contracts are scheduled to conclude in February ****.

Shortlisted candidates will complete a video interview.
n
To be considered for this role you will be required to attend a group interview on the 14th of October.
n
If you are successful for this role, you will be required to attend a 2-day Welcome induction.

November to January is one of IKEA's busiest trading periods. To support our customers during this time, we prefer co-workers not to plan holidays during these months and to maintain availability throughout the peak period.
About this work area n
n
Picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs.
n
Hand out Click & Collect orders, organise deliveries, and resolve order-related issues.
n
Monitoring inventory levels, conducting stock counts and investigating discrepancies to help maintain inventory accuracy.
n
Moving and handling goods safely using equipment such as pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment.
n
Restocking furniture and home furnishing products, from smaller accessories through to larger flat-packed items.
n
Using handheld devices and digital systems to manage stock movements and replenishment tasks.
n
Maintaining clean, organised and safe warehouse and sales floor areas.
n
Following IKEA safety procedures, operational standards and ways of working at all times.
n

You are or have n
n
Experience in warehouse, logistics, replenishment, retail or other operational environments (highly regarded but not essential).
n
A collaboratively mindset and can communicate confidently with co-workers across different teams.
n
Strong attention to detail and takes pride in completing tasks accurately.
n
A customer-focused approach, with strong customer service skills and a genuine motivation to create positive customer experiences.
n
Organised, reliable and able to prioritise competing tasks effectively.
n
Physically capable of repetitive lifting, manual handling, bending and moving stock safely throughout a shift.
n
Comfortable using digital tools, handheld devices and inventory management systems.
n
A strong commitment to workplace safety and following established processes.
