About the Role n

Be the friendly face and voice clients know and trust – handling their calls, emails and queries with professionalism and care
n
Work behind the scenes to get things done – coordinating with fund managers, product providers and ensuring implementation runs smoothly
n
Maintain accurate client records and investment data in Xplan
n
Coordinate client meetings and manage diaries to keep everything running like clockwork
n
Prepare applications and liaise with product providers and fund managers
n
Bepart of delivering an outstanding client experience from start to finish
n
About You To be considered for this role you MUST HAVE: n
n
Previous experience in a financial planning practice
n
Proficient in XPLAN
n
Outstanding communication abilities both written and verbal with meticulous attention to detail
n
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
n
Someone who loves working as part of a team and has natural people skills
n
Passionate about delivering exceptional service and nurturing client relationships
n
Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities
