Hey you! n
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sessional Trainerwith a background in Alcohol and Other Drugs, community or mental health services to inspire and upskill the next generation of care professionals.

As a trainer, you'll bring your real-world experience into the classroom, helping learners build confidence, capability, and a genuine connection to the work they do.

What you will be delivering: n
Accredited qualifications and skill sets in Alcohol and Other Drugs.
n
Delivery may include face-to-face, online, workplace and blended learning.

What you'll do n
As a Sessional Trainer, you will:
n
Facilitate engaging training across face-to-face and online environments
n
Support learners from diverse backgrounds, including recent entrants and experienced support workers
n
Bring industry insights into your sessions to create practical, job-ready learning
n
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance training quality and learner experience




Whatyou'llbring n
TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) - essential
n
Relevant qualification in your area of expertise (community services, mental health, alcohol and other drugs)
n
Strong, current experience
intherelevantsector
n
Confident facilitation skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners
n
Experience delivering training both in-person and online
n
(You'll also need anNDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don't worry,we'llhelp guide you throughthis.)
